10.Traced an outline around her face with the eraser tool(from copied layer)and then erased all facial features(eyebrows, eyes, nasal lines, lips, smile lines), repeated this sectioning off the body into individual smaller sections(using 5 pixel erasebrush)until the entire body was outlined by the eraser. Then took the eraser brush down to 3 pixels and erased all evidence of sand(this was more of a bitch than water droplets..

Usually I do these two parts seperate, but this time I did them both with the same settings:

Using the Lasso tool I selected the eyes and mouth, careful not to select any of the skin around them, and did a filter - sharpen - sharpen and faded down to 40% as decribed above.

12.Last thing I actually edited was her ring.
